Musa Collidge-Asad Musa Collidge-Asad has over 20 years of leadership, regulatory, finance, and management experience leading teams in large organizations, and new ventures. He has led all aspects of sourcing, structuring, due diligence, and supervision for multi-billion dollar portfolios of infrastructure projects, renewable energy and energy efficiency funds, P3s, microfinance, and early-stage ventures. He has completed a Harvard Executive Development Program and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Maryland Law School and Smith Business School. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Karyn Marsh Karyn Marsh has over 20 years of regulatory, transactional, technical, and management experience working on various environmental matters, including remediation of contaminated properties pursuant to both state and federal environmental statutes. She has worked extensively on environmental aspects of transactions, complex litigation, and various environmental investigations involving significant field work. She is a professional geologist and holds an MBA from Villanova University, and a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law.

JP Moscarella JP Moscarella is an entrepreneur and executive who has founded or co-founded four companies, including a $65 million fund management platform, and a renewable developer with 260 MW at the time of its sale to GDF Suez. JP's background also includes roles as a leading executive for several clean energy companies and a fund manager for two private equity/venture funds. Most recently, he has been involved with early-stage energy and technology ventures. JP holds an MBA from Yale and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Cornell. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Rogerio Ramos

Rogerio Ramos has over 20 years of investment and management experience successfully sourcing, structuring, arranging financing, and supervising multi-million dollar cross-border private equity and venture capital funds. This includes serving on dozens of investment committees and boards of directors. His sector experience includes renewable energy, IT, telecom, and clean tech. He holds an MA in Trade and Investment from George Washington University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.


Leanne Tobias Leanne Tobias has over 25 years of commercial real estate investment and management experience. As an executive for institutional commercial real estate funds, she has served as an Investment Committee member and managed approximately $1 billion of diverse commercial space across the U.S. Leanne is also an expert in sustainable real estate, serving as an advisor to business and government clients. Ms. Tobias has been designated a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council. She holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.


Steve Wilson Steve Wilson has a varied background in economics, finance, management, technology, and security for international and U.S. organizations. His international career includes work on climate policy in emerging markets, international standardization and accreditation, industrial development, quality and process control, property rights, banking and financial frameworks. For the past several years, Mr. Wilson has focused primarily on integrated climate resilience. Mr. Wilson holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Tennessee, as well as degrees in economics and business from Tennessee and Texas.
